Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Scope
This Policy applies to purchases of Evergreen Solutions software, indicators, scripts, strategies, and related subscriptions or licenses (collectively, the “Software”), whether sold directly or via third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView, payment processors).
2) Digital Goods — General Rule (No Returns)
The Software is digital and access is delivered immediately after purchase/activation. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated below or where a mandatory law provides otherwise.
3) Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew for the stated term unless cancelled before the renewal date in your account/portal (or the platform where you purchased).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not prorate or refund partial periods.
You remain responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid prior to renewal.
4) Refund Exceptions
Evergreen may approve a refund or credit (at our discretion) only for:
Duplicate purchase of the same product on the same account (request within 7 days).
Accidental double charge by the payment processor (request within 7 days).
Evergreen-initiated termination without cause (pro-rata credit or refund for the unused portion).
Statutory rights: If a non-waivable consumer law grants you a right of refund/withdrawal, we will honor it as required by that law.
Not refundable: user error, strategy underperformance, unfavorable market conditions, platform/exchange/broker outages, connectivity issues, symbol changes, or third-party policy changes outside Evergreen’s control.
5) Right of Withdrawal
If applicable law grants you a withdrawal right for digital content, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge your withdrawal right is lost once access begins or the download/activation starts.
6) Chargebacks
Filing an unwarranted or fraudulent chargeback is a breach of our Terms. We will suspend licenses, revoke access, and share transaction records with the processor to contest the chargeback.
7) How to Cancel or Request a Refund
Cancel: Use your account/portal on the platform of purchase or contact support@evergreensolutions.one with your order ID before renewal.
Refund request (for the exceptions above): Email support@evergreensolutions.one within the stated window and include your order ID, purchase date, and a brief explanation.
8) Third-Party Platforms
Purchases made through third-party platforms are also subject to that platform’s policies. Where a platform’s policy conflicts with this Policy, the stricter applicable rule governs your refund eligibility.
9) Abuse, Misuse, or Breach
Access terminated for abuse, redistribution, license circumvention, or other breaches is not eligible for any refund.
